Jennifer Dillon is serving her third year as the USDF Region 8 Youth Coordinator, and she's been on the New England Dressage Association's board of directors for 11 years. She's been a rider since the age of 10, sharing an Appaloosa pony with her younger sister before moving onto horses. She spent her youth competing in the Medal/Maclay equitation classes and in the jumper ring. During college she met Michael Poulin and switched disciplines. Jennifer still rides and trains with Michael Poulin and Gwyneth McPherson. She's competed successfully through Prix St. Georges. In addition to her regular job and volunteerism, Jennifer organizes many clinics and symposia throughout New England with international dressage riders and judges.
