Weekend Equestrian Program


Tessa Holloran

Tessa, age 14, has been working with her horse Appielousos B (“Tigger”) a 2005 KWPN gelding since December 2017. She has earned the USDF Dressage Seat Equitation Accomplished Level Award and recently received her USDF Bronze Medal. Tessa spent the past two winters training with Lendon in Wellington, Florida as a participant in the Dressage4Kids Winter Intensive Training (WIT) program. She has been active in D4K for many years, including WEP, TEAM Clinics, fundraising, and 2018 was her sixth appearance at the Youth Dressage Festival where she was the Overall Champion for the second time (also in 2015). Tessa attended the USEF Festival of Champions in 2017 and 2018 for both Dressage Seat Medal Finals and FEI Childrens National Championship. Tessa trains regularly in Townsend, MA with Vincent Flores as his working student and travels whenever possible to work with Lendon and audit notable clinicians. She plans to head to Wellington to train with Ali Brock in February 2019 in preparation for her first season showing FEI Juniors for Region 8. Tessa is a 9th grade honor student in public school where she also runs track.
