Beth Clarke is an attorney with a large number of horse businesses as clients. She is a lifelong horsewoman and currently has one retired horse. She enjoys spending time with her kids (and soon to be grandkid), reading, writing, hiking, and live performances.
Beth has been involved in Dressage4Kids since the very first D4K show in 1999. Lendon asked Beth to get involved, and as Lendon had always been so generous and as Beth thought the show was such a great concept, she was more than happy to get involved.
Beth continues to take an active part in Dressage4Kids through volunteering at the Youth Dressage Festival, helping with legal services, and being part of the Dressage4Kids committee.
When asked what motivates her most about Dressage4Kids, Beth writes, "The equalizing factor: that the kid that works the hardest has as good a chance as the kid with the very fancy horse."
Beth also shares, "I think it’s really important to continue to promote Horsemanship and not just Riding. They aren’t the same thing, and not enough riders are becoming knowledgeable horsemen and women."
