Dressage4Kids™ provides educational and competitive opportunities to youth riders and the adults who support them. For over 25 years, D4K has been committed to building a strong and sustainable future for the sport. With a wide array of programs tailored to every stage of development, D4K has programs for youth riders of all ages and levels, elite youth riders, parents, trainers, coaches, and judges.
Mission
To encourage riders under 25 to become true horsemen; to offer scholarships; to develop good sportsmanship; to support programs for adults who in turn educate youth; and to have fun.

Code of Ethics
Dressage4Kids (D4K) expects all individuals involved with D4K to uphold this code of ethics. These guiding principles are intended to act as a foundation for a respectful and learning-centered environment and are woven into D4K programs through experience and dialogue.
* The horse comes first: prioritize the welfare of the horse through thoughtful horsemanship and the humane treatment, care, and respect for the horse.
* Commit to learning: embrace a growth mindset.
* Commit to a supportive environment: treat everyone with dignity, kindness, and fairness. Listen with respect and speak with honesty and kindness.
* Commit to good sportsmanship: reflect the positive values of courage, patience, good temper, humility, and generosity.
* Act with integrity: be honest, transparent, and responsible. Uphold D4K’s mission, values, and policies.
* Always strive to do what is right – for the horse and for each other.
