Sunday, January 21st 6:00-8:00pm with Laura King "7 keys to developing mental toughness and avoiding burn out" - Being an equestrian trainer can be physically and mentally demanding and developing mental toughness, is crucial to avoiding burnout. Laura will teach you seven keys to help you cultivate mental toughness and maintain resilience in your role as a trainer.
