To access the Lendon's Youth Dressage Festival Entry Agreement, please click on the link below. When you click on the link you will be directed to a Strider e-signature form which you can fill out from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
Regarding Signatures:
Riders (all ages) and Trainers (the person responsible for the condition of the horse who is on the grounds during the Competition) MUST sign the Entry Agreement. If the Rider is younger than 18, a parent or legal guardian must also sign a separate entry agreement. If there is no trainer, the parent or legal guardian must sign as Trainer. These signatures reflect acknowledgment of both the Release Form and the Code of Conduct.
Instructions for Signing the Entry Agreement
Riders (All Ages):
- Step 1: Carefully read the entire Entry Agreement, Release Form, and Code of Conduct.
- Step 2: Ensure you understand all the terms and conditions.
- Step 3: Sign the Entry Agreement where indicated.
- Step 4: Submit the form.
Trainers:
- Step 1: Carefully read the entire Entry Agreement, Release Form, and Code of Conduct.
- Step 2: Ensure you understand all the terms and conditions.
- Step 3: Sign the Entry Agreement where indicated.
- Step 4: Submit the form.
Riders Younger than 18:
- Step 1: Follow the steps above for Riders and then ask your parent or legal guardian to open a new/separate Entry Agreement.
- Step 2: The parent or legal guardian should carefully read the entire Entry Agreement, Release Form, and Code of Conduct.
- Step 3: The parent/legal guardian should ensure they understand all the terms and conditions.
- Step 4: The parent/legal guardian must sign the Entry Agreement where indicated.
- Step 5: Submit the form.
These signatures reflect acknowledgment of both the Release Form and the Code of Conduct.
